Gluten Free One-Pot Pasta Goodness
This pasta dish took only 15 minutes, including preparation! You don’t believe me? Well, try for yourself…
I love cooking, but the mess afterwards and the cleaning up…? Naaah, not so much! So using only one pot to cook a whole dish, sounds like a dream to me. Today, I’ve tried a one-pot meal for the first time and what can I say: super easy & quick to make, very tasty and the best of all- only ONE pot to clean!!! Also the perfect dish for our camping trip next week…

Gluten Free One Pot Pasta Goodness
- 250 gr gluten free pasta of your choice
- 150 gr cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup courgette diced
- 1 white onion chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- dried herbs (e.g. oregano) & spices (salt, pepper)
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 lemon
- 500 ml water
- 1/2 package seafood (optional)
Chop veggies, throw everything together in a pot (including pasta!), add 500ml water and boil for approximately 10 minutes.
Important: You need to keep stirring and separate the pasta.
I’ve added some fresh basil, garlic, seafood and a splash of lemon near the end for an “extra kick”. Enjoy!
