This Autoimmune Paleo compliant pumpkin pie spice is a life-saver for your sweet cravings. Mix it together with some coconut milk (plus maybe a dash of maple syrup) and you’ve got yourself a delicious AIP compliant pumpkin spice latte (minus the coffee of course). I also like to add it to my pancake mix or to my green plantain porridge in the morning. Sooo delicious!
How to make your own AIP compliant pumpkin pie spice:
Take a small bowl and add:
- 2.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground mace
Mix well and adapt recipe as desired (sometimes I add a bit more cinnamon for an even sweeter sensation).
